DMCA Takedown Policy
Company FORSILIUS LIMITED operates https://nymph.club (hereinafter referred to as
"Nymph", "Website" or "Platform") and qualifies as a "Service provider" in compliance with
title 17 U.S. Code §512(k) (1) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (hereinafter referred
to as "DMCA").
Under the DMCA «safe harbor» provisions, Nymph is entitled to certain protection from
liability for copyright infringement under certain conditions.
Although our Platform is not based in the United States, it is our intention to respect the
intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our Customers to do the same. Thus, we
have chosen voluntarily to implement and comply with the Notice and Takedown policy and
procedures of the DMCA.
Nymph may, in appropriate circumstances and in our sole discretion, remove or disable access
to material on the Platform that infringes upon the copyright rights of others, according to the
procedure set forth in 17 U.S.C. §512 of the DMCA. In the event that any Customer of the
Platform repeatedly infringe on others’ copyrights, Nymph may, at our sole discretion,
terminate those individuals’ rights to use the Platform.
DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you believe in good faith that your work has been copied and published on Nymph Platform
and your copyright has been infringed, you may file a DMCA Notice of Infringement by
providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of
the copyright interest;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the
Platform, preferably including the URL;
- Your email address, mailing address, and telephone number;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the
copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate
and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Counter-notice
If you believe that a notice of copyright infringement has been improperly submitted against
you, you may file a Counter-Notice, in compliance with Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the
DMCA. To file a Counter-Notice with us, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with
the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Your full name, your email address, your mailing address and phone number;
- Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was
removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District court for the judicial
district where your address is located, or if your address is located outside the United States,
any jurisdiction in which you may be properly served, and that you will accept service of
process from the person who filed the DMCA Notice of Infringement or an agent of that
person.

DMCA Notice Process
Upon receipt of any copyright infringement notices, Nymph retains the right to promptly
remove or delete any Content found to be in violation of copyright laws, or where there is
sufficient evidence of infringement.
All notices must be composed in the English language. Notices in other languages or containing
foreign symbols will not be acknowledged.
Kindly refrain from sending additional notifications or information to our DMCA Copyright
Agent.
The processing period for reviewing and deciding upon any notices is no less than 14 (fourteen)
business days.
Please be aware that the U.S. Code prohibits the misrepresentation of facts in a DMCA Notice
of Infringement or Counter-notice, and any such misrepresentation may result legal liability
for damages, court costs and attorneys fees (in accordance with 17 U.S. Code §512 (f)).
